pour info c est ca:
This 1969 VW Beetle was prefessionally converted back in the 1970's by the manufacturer D&D Custom Cars in Cerritos California. The body kit was marketed as the "Lil Hound Dog" and was produced for a short time in limited numbers. This particular example was owned by the fabled Buggy House in Rosemead California, which at the time was one of the leading suppliers of Dune Buggy parts and cars. This was their show truck and parts runner for many years. When they closed down back in the 80's the car went in to the collection of another local VW related shop where it sat in the yard near the fence attracting attention. I purchased the car earlier this year with intentions of restoring it, but as these things sometimes go, Ive got too much to do with other projects and I would like to see it go to someone else who can bring it back to it's former glory. It is a rare little truck to be sure, and it really is in "untouched" condition and still retains all the original parts used in the construction
autres dérivés custom: cox à calandre rolls royce, cox à calandre mercedes, cox kitées porsche etc etc.
